Teaching is one of the most rewarding aspects of my professional and academic journey. I believe education should go beyond the transmission of knowledge; it should inspire critical thinking, develop leadership, strengthen problem-solving abilities, and prepare students to create meaningful impact in their organizations and communities.
I currently serve as Professor of Marketing and Management at SUNY Oswego and as a Visiting Professor at the University of Kinshasa (UNIKIN), where I teach undergraduate and graduate courses in marketing, sales, leadership, team management, and organizational transformation.
MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
"Education develops minds. Leadership transforms lives. Together, they change societies."
I believe education should be transformative, not merely informative. My goal is to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students actively participate in the learning process, think critically, challenge assumptions, and connect theory to real-world practice.
Drawing on both academic research and more than two decades of leadership experience, I use experiential learning, case studies, simulations, and applied projects to help students develop practical skills alongside conceptual knowledge. I encourage curiosity, ethical decision-making, collaboration, and lifelong learning while fostering a classroom culture built on respect, open dialogue, and diverse perspectives.
Ultimately, my mission is to inspire, equip, and empower students to become knowledgeable, ethical, and results-oriented leaders capable of creating meaningful impact in their organizations, communities, and society.
